These terms explain how PM Digital Studio works with clients, from agreeing a project through to delivery and ongoing support.
These Terms & Conditions apply to services provided by PM Digital Studio. By agreeing to a quotation, proposal or project agreement, you agree to the terms that apply to your project.
Your individual proposal or quotation will set out the specific services, deliverables, pricing and timescales agreed for your project. Where there is a conflict, the specific written agreement for your project will take priority.
PM Digital Studio provides digital services including website design, e-commerce websites, branding and logo design, digital marketing, social media, SEO and graphic design.
The exact scope of work will be agreed before a project begins. Anything outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote or agreement.
Quotes and proposals are based on the information available at the time they are prepared. If your requirements change significantly, the scope and price may need to be reviewed.
A project begins once the agreed proposal, quotation or project agreement has been accepted and any required initial payment has been received.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, quotes are valid for 30 days.
Payment arrangements will be confirmed in your project proposal or quotation.
Where staged payments are agreed, each stage must be paid by the agreed due date before the corresponding stage of work continues.
If an invoice becomes overdue, we may pause work until the account is brought up to date. We will communicate with you before taking this step.
Any agreed payment schedule does not remove or limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
You are responsible for providing accurate information, content, images, logos, brand assets and other materials required for your project.
You must have the appropriate rights and permissions to use materials you provide to PM Digital Studio.
Delays in supplying information, approvals or content may affect the agreed project timetable.
The number of design concepts, revision rounds or amendments included in your project will be confirmed in your proposal.
Additional revisions or work outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.
Once a design, page, artwork or other deliverable has been approved by you, later changes may be treated as additional work.
Website projects may involve third-party platforms and services such as Webflow, domain providers, hosting providers, payment processors, email platforms, analytics services or other software.
Third-party services operate under their own terms and policies. PM Digital Studio cannot guarantee the continued availability, pricing, functionality or performance of a third-party service.
Where a third-party subscription or account is required, responsibility for ongoing subscription charges will be confirmed as part of the project agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed, you retain ownership of original materials you provide to PM Digital Studio.
Once all agreed project fees have been paid, ownership or licence rights for the final deliverables will be transferred or granted to you as specified in your project agreement.
Third-party fonts, stock images, software, templates, plugins and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licence terms.
Unless you ask us not to, PM Digital Studio may display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media or other marketing materials.
If a project contains confidential information or you require the work to remain private, please let us know before the project is completed so this can be agreed in writing.
Estimated project dates and delivery times will be discussed before work begins.
Timescales can be affected by client feedback, content delivery, approvals, third-party services and changes to project scope.
Where circumstances outside our reasonable control affect a project, we will communicate with you and work together on a reasonable revised timetable.
If you need to cancel a project, please contact us as soon as possible.
Any cancellation rights, notice requirements, refunds or payments due will depend on the nature of the project, what work has already been completed and the terms agreed for that project.
Nothing in these terms is intended to remove or restrict any consumer cancellation or other legal rights that apply to you.
We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill and in accordance with what has been agreed for your project.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
We are not responsible for problems caused by inaccurate information, materials supplied by you, changes made by you or third-party services outside our control.
We will treat information you provide to us as confidential where it is reasonably understood to be confidential.
This does not apply to information that is already publicly available, becomes public without a breach of confidentiality, or must be disclosed by law.

We aim to deal with complaints promptly and fairly.
We may update these website terms from time to time. The version applicable to a particular project will be the version agreed with you when that project begins, unless otherwise agreed.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory legal rights that apply to you.
